Shipping policy

SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES: We ship to all 50 states; Washington, DC; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. The shipping methods offered during checkout will differ based on your shipping address.

Shipping Rates: We offer free shipping on qualifying single orders of $100 and up ($13 flat fee for orders under $100). 

FedEx Ground: Label processed within 2 business days, delivery typically within 7 business days from placement of order.

FedEx Express (2-Day): Label processed within 1 business day, delivery within 2-3 business days from placement or order.  Orders placed between 5:00 PM ET Friday through Sunday will ship out on next business day (typically Monday). $30 flat fee for express.

USPS used when needed for PO box addresses, delivery within 7 business days from placement of order. 

*All delivery timing is subject to carrier. Any delays on the part of the carrier are not the responsibility of Gilded Age. 

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY: We're happy to offer international shipping using either FedEx and USPS depending on location.  There is $40 flat fee for international shipping ($70 for international express).  Please understand that international shipping timing varies greatly depending on factors outside of Gilded Age control, including customs and local delivery infrastructure. 

*International customers are responsible for the duty (or customs tariffs) set by the destination country customs authorities.

How do I place an order? By Internet: Shop at gildedagenyc.com. To ship items internationally, simply select the items and process the international shipment with the flat international shipping rate. By Phone: Call us at +1 212 228 7747 and we will be able to help.

Can I combine discounts?  Unfortunately, no.  For example, you cannot combine the sign up discount with other promotions. 

What are my payment options? We accept Visa and Master Card, American Express and other cards accepted by Shopify for all international orders for select destinations. Available options will be presented at checkout.

What will the duties and taxes on my order be? Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities and is determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a adopted systems of the destination country. Duty (or customs tariffs) payments set by the destination country customs authorities is the responsibility of the person that initiated order.

How do I return an item? Please see the exchanges and returns section of our website for more information. 

What if my package is missing/stolen? Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. That said, we understand these situations can be frustrating and are happy to review each case individually.
