Orders shipping to the continental U.S. and U.S. P.O. Boxes will be sent via UPS as a default shipper. Orders shipping to the following locations will be sent via DHL,USPS or UPS depending on the circumstances: Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO/DPO, Guam and Guam P.O. How do I return an item? Orders placed at our site, or by phone, can be returned as per return policy guidelines. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your International online purchase, email info@gildedage.net within the time frame allotted in the return policy to initiate a return. Gilded Age team will provide you with instructions on where returns should be shipped. Please note that you will still be responsible for any duty and shipping charges.
