Gilded Age will accept all returns made within 25 days of the shipment date, provided that the merchandise should be returned in the original packaging, labels, and tags. Customers can send the items back to us at the address below using any trackable method. Once we receive your returned package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund in accordance with this policy in the form of the original payment. There will be no refund for returns received that are damaged, altered, worn, or missing from packaging.  

Final Sale: Please note that any item indicated as final sale is not eligible for return or exchange.  

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for multiple returns from the same source or large volume returns without purchase.
